Workshop SMTP and email delivery

Configure the workshop sender used for lead, appointment, automation, and test emails.

Overview

Configure the workshop sender used for lead, appointment, automation, and test emails.

Prerequisites and access

Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.

Steps

  1. Open SMTP Settings and enter the approved host, port, encryption, username, sender address, and sender name.
  2. Save without replacing a stored password when no credential change is intended, then send a test email.
  3. Check recipient spam, provider authentication, queue processing, and delivery logs before changing automation rules.

Expected result

The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.

Edge cases

  • Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
  • Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
  • Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
