Overview
Send qualified CRM status signals back to the configured Meta dataset.
Prerequisites and access
Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.
Steps
- Confirm that the lead has a Meta lead ID and the integration has an authorized dataset and access token.
- Map lead status outcomes to the intended event and use a test event code during validation.
- Review conversion logs in Avenor first, then confirm receipt in Meta Events Manager before using the signal for optimization.
Expected result
The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.
Edge cases
- Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
- Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
- Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.
Troubleshooting
Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
