Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.
Steps
- Choose a report and a consistent date range.
- Apply workshop-relevant filters and compare like-for-like periods.
- Export or share only data the recipient is authorized to receive.
Expected result
The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.
Edge cases
- Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
- Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
- Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.
Troubleshooting
Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
