Dental visits, services, and payments

Overview

Record tooth-level services, clinical snapshots, prices, payments, and outstanding balances.

Prerequisites and access

Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.

Steps

1. Open the patient and create a dental visit with the correct doctor and date.
2. Add each tooth/service item and verify the snapshotted description and price before recording payment.
3. Record partial or full payments, confirm the remaining balance, and export the visit PDF when an authorized copy is needed.

Expected result

The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.

Edge cases

• Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
• Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
• Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
