City Performance and location cleanup

Overview

Measure lead quality by normalized country and city while keeping unknown values visible.

Prerequisites and access

Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.

Steps

1. Open City Performance and choose the same attribution and time filters used in campaign reporting.
2. Review country and city totals, conversion results, and the underlying leads.
3. Merge only confident city aliases, dismiss unsafe suggestions, and keep unknown locations visible for later cleanup.

Expected result

The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.

Edge cases

• Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
• Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
• Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
