Self-service registration and email verification

Overview

Create a new Avenor workspace from an eligible public plan and activate it through verified billing.

Prerequisites and access

Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.

Steps

1. Choose an eligible plan from the public pricing page and complete the registration form with a unique email.
2. Open the signed verification link; request a new email only when the original has expired or was not delivered.
3. Until payment is confirmed, use the restricted Billing area to complete checkout; demo-required plans follow the booking flow instead.

Expected result

The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.

Edge cases

• Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
• Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
• Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
