Patient and visit PDF exports

Overview

Generate authorized printable summaries without exposing another workshop’s records.

Prerequisites and access

Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.

Steps

1. Open the patient or dental visit from the active workshop.
2. Use the Download PDF action and review identity, dates, treatments, amounts, and notes.
3. Store or share the file only through an approved channel and according to patient-data retention rules.

Expected result

The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.

Edge cases

• Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
• Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
• Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
