Overview
Publish a temporary standalone form without embedding it into another website.
Prerequisites and access
Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.
Steps
- Generate the public share link from the webform and test it in a private browser window.
- Suspend or reactivate the link without changing the embedded form configuration.
- Revoke the token when the campaign ends; old revoked URLs must no longer accept submissions.
Expected result
The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.
Edge cases
- Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
- Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
- Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.
Troubleshooting
Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
