Meta connection and lead sync

Overview

Connect Meta assets and import lead-ad data into Avenor.

Prerequisites and access

Use an active account whose role and plan include this feature. Options not allowed by the role or plan are not displayed.

Steps

1. Open Integrations and start the Meta connection.
2. Authorize the required business, page, ad account, and lead form access.
3. Run or wait for sync, then verify imported leads and source details.

Expected result

The change is stored in the active workshop and becomes visible only to authorized users.

Edge cases

• Confirm the active workshop before changing data.
• Do not create duplicates when the record already exists.
• Features can be hidden when the plan, configuration, or permissions do not enable them.

Troubleshooting

Refresh the page, clear filters, verify role and plan access, then contact a superadmin with the time, workshop, and exact error message.
