1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Avenor, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Avenor for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. The Avenor Service

Avenor is a SaaS platform for lead management, CRM, automations, reporting, appointments, patient workflows, billing, and integrations. Available functionality depends on your plan, configuration, and enabled integrations.

We may improve or change the service while seeking to avoid unnecessary disruption to active functionality and customer data.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning roles and permissions, and the actions of users you authorize.

You must not use Avenor for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or spam activity, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights.

4. Customer Data and Privacy

Your organization remains responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and required permissions for lead, customer, and patient data placed in Avenor.

For information about how Avenor handles personal data, read the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

5. Third-Party Integrations

Integrations such as Gmail, Meta, Google, Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, and SMTP services are also governed by their providers’ terms and policies.

Avenor does not control the availability, verification, restrictions, or changes imposed by those providers.

6. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

Pricing, billing cycles, limits, and functionality are shown in the applicable offer, checkout, or agreement. You authorize the charges you confirm during purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing cycle but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred or paid.

7. No Refund

Payments made for Avenor subscriptions or services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for unused time, cancellation, downgrades, or non-use of the service, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

This No Refund policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies for a service that does not conform to the agreement, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep Avenor secure and operational, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, external providers, networks, or events outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

Avenor, its design, software, documentation, and related marks remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights to content and data you upload, subject to the permissions required to provide the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may limit or suspend access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avenor is provided without implied warranties of specific business results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms and will change the updated date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website or platform.

For questions about these terms, contact the Avenor team through the official website or demo request form.
